Over the last 28 years, our company has consistently centered its mission on enhancing access to critical documents. Initially, this involved the conversion of paper documents into digital formats. Fast forward to the present, our commitment to facilitating better access remains unwavering. This dedication has manifested through the development and operation of FileStar, our proprietary software solution.
Our evolution has been marked by simplicity and effectiveness. Transitioning from a predominantly service-oriented business to a software-centric model, our core focus on improving document access has remained constant. We’ve navigated the adoption of emerging technologies judiciously, avoiding the lure of hype while maintaining a measured pace of growth.
In terms of simplicity, our Software as a Service (SaaS) solution adheres to a straightforward pricing model. Regardless of our client’s evolving needs, there’s no need to grapple with convoluted licensing structures. Our solution primarily revolves around two key functions: workflow management and critical document archiving. Additionally, we offer three login security configurations – single sign-on, two-factor authentication, and complex, rotating password requirements.
Four decades, three security options, two main functions, one price – we provide a practical and effective solution without unnecessary hype. However, we acknowledge that hype, or excitement, can be beneficial in garnering support for emerging ideas or technologies. For example, consider the hype around electricity, without which we might still be in the dark age.
Looking ahead, we’re exploring the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) into our operations. As responsible end-users, we’re diligently researching the security implications, assessing tool efficacy, and projecting the technology’s short- and medium-term trajectory. We aim to leverage these tools strategically to further enhance document access for our clients.
While our approach isn’t inherently anti-hype, it tends towards understatement. If you have inquiries or insights regarding the potential utilization of AI or LLMs in the document management and workflow environment, we welcome your input. Please feel free to contact us. Thank you!
