Michael Cipriano

President
Michael Cipriano is President and co-founder of Millennia Group, LLC. He has over twenty five years of experience in the document imaging and electronic document management industry and has been instrumental in Millennia’s achievement of having many of the Fortune 1000 and many top commercial real estate companies in the country as customers. Michael is a frequent speaker on electronic document management at technology conferences including the Realcomm Technology Show, Documentum Users Conference, and Fusion Applications Conference. He received his Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from DePaul University and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a CPA (no longer certified).
Michael is a member of the Association for Image and Information Management (AIIM). In his spare time he is a volunteer coach for Illinois Special Olympics and the Western DuPage Special Recreation Association softball, basketball and track teams. Michael is married and has three fantastic daughters.
Scott Bublitz

Executive Vice-President
Scott Bublitz is Executive Vice-President and co-founder of Millennia Group, LLC. As Executive Vice President, he is primarily responsible for Millennia Group’s internal workflow process, quality control and practical application of technology solutions. Scott has over twenty years of experience in the document solutions industry and over twenty years of financial services and real estate experience. He is a member of the Association for Image and Information Management (AIIM) and has earned AIIM’s Enterprise Content Management Practitioner certification. Scott has also earned the HH-101 and HH-102 HIPPA/HITECK Privacy and Security Certifications. He was a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois. Prior to founding Millennia Group, Scott was President of National Valuation Advisors. Scott has a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
Dave Wolf

Senior Full Stack Engineer
Dave is Millennia Group’s Lead Programmer and Software Developer and is serving this year on our Security Group. He is also the Team Leader of the development department, with primary responsibility for both internal application development and web-hosted document applications. Dave continually pioneers new development features and application standards utilizing his experience in ASP.NET, Visual Basic, C++, Java and SQL Server. Dave received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Elmhurst College.
Kevin Turner

Senior Full Stack Developer
Kevin is a Senior Developer at Millennia Group and is part of our Risk Management Group. Kevin joined our team in 2020 and is responsible for the continuous improvement of FileStar and integrating other systems with FileStar. He has over 12 years of software development and application management experience. Kevin previously worked as a customer experience developer for Community Brands and a data processing supervisor for Euclid Beverage. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Masters in Computer Science.
Kevin’s outside interests start with his family and also include the Chicago White Sox, running and craft beer.
Elena LiCavoli

Network Security Administrator and Full Stack Developer
Elena is the Computer Systems and Information Administrator, Head of Customer Support and is part of our Security Group. She is the primary person responsible for computer assessment and overall maintenance. She also has internal oversight of networking and is tasked with tracking, recording and monitoring security. In addition, Elena develops custom in-house applications for our clients specific to their needs for data management and application integrations. She came to Millennia Group in 2015 as DeVry University alumni graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems specializing in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security.
Outside of Millennia Group, Elena is involved with pitbull rescue out of Peotone, IL and is an Approved Humane Investigator for the State of IL. She focuses her time on animal welfare, activism, her two rescue dogs and turtle! She also loves true crime and live rock n roll.
Lauren Skurkis

Project Manager and Lead Quality Control Manager
Lauren joined Millennia Group’s in 2018. She is responsible for project management and quality control in various client projects from data migration to large scale imaging. Lauren also provides assistance in billing and HR.
