Real Estate Document Specialists needed in New York City & Chicago (Elmhurst) offices.

 

Job Description

Manage the digitization of documentation for major Commercial Real Estate companies including some of the largest development projects and lease portfolios in the country. Work closely with clients to create a smooth transition from a paper world to a digital world. Use tools such as MS Access, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and leading edge proprietary software solutions. LEASE ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

 

Essential Skills

* 3-5 years experience in Lease Administration or similar
* Organizational skills a top priority
* High level of computer skill
* Ability to travel as required
* Professional and positive demeanor

 

Desired Skills

* In depth MS Access experience
* Lease Abstraction
* Real Estate Accounting
