Michael Cipriano

Michael Cipriano is President and co-founder of Millennia Group, LLC. He has over 12 years of experience in the document imaging and management industry and has been instrumental in Millennia's achievement of having 12 of the Fortune 1000 as customers. Michael is a frequent speaker on document imaging at technology conferences including the Realcomm Technology Show, Documentum Users Conference, and Fusion Applications Conference. He received his Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from DePaul University and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a CPA. Michael is a member of the Association for Image and Information Management.

Scott Bublitz

Scott Bublitz is Executive Vice-President and co-founder of Millennia Group, LLC. As Executive Vice President, he is primarily responsible for Millennia Group's internal workflow process, quality control and practical application of technology solutions. Scott has over fifteen years of experience in the document solutions industry and over twenty years of financial services and real estate experience. He is a member of the Association for Image and Information Management (AIIM) and has earned AIIM's Enterprise Content Management Practitioner certification. Scott has also earned the HH-101 and HH-102 HIPPA/HITECK Privacy and Security Certifications. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois. Prior to founding Millennia Group, Scott was President of National Valuation Advisors. Scott has a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Donato Mallano

Donato is responsible for Business Development for the Millennia New York office that includes Sales, Channel Partners and Marketing. With 20 years of experience in the software industry at Open Text Corporation, SunGard Data Systems & McGraw Hill, he has delivered IT & Service solutions that address the mission critical business operations needs of Fortune 500 Companies (Goldman Sachs, H-P, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Nationwide Insurance) covering regulatory & compliance, disaster recovery, legal, human resources, trading & risk management, straight through processing & back office operations. Donato received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pace University of New York City.

Beth Beck

Beth is Millennia Group's Office Manager and is based in our Chicago office. In addition to handling the day-to-day HR functions, Beth is in charge of accounts payable/receivable and the monthly client invoicing process. Beth received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

Arthur Adams

Arthur is a Senior Programmer and Network Administrator based in our Chicago office. Since 2004, Arthur has brought a wealth of programming experience and technical knowledge to Millennia Group. He is responsible for creating innovative web-based applications to improve and simplify paper-intensive business processes for our clients. He designs, builds and maintains all internal networks, telecommunications systems, software, and hardware. He is also responsible for managing client data conversions through industry-leading SQL and .NET systems. Arthur received his Bachelor of Science degree from DeVry University in Computer Information Systems.

Courtlandt Harris

Courtlandt is a Programmer and the newest member of the Millennia Group development team. He joined our Chicago office in 2009, and has continued our tradition of developing and delivering innovative document management solutions. Courtlandt's skill set includes web design, database administration, and proficiency in C++, Java, Visual Basic, ASP.NET, SQL and PL/SQL programming languages. His responsibilities include building, maintaining, and updating FileStar and ProjectStar both as overall software platforms and individual client systems. He also develops in-house processes and software solutions that allow Millennia Group to enhance both the speed and high-quality service we provide to our imaging clients. Courtlandt graduated Magna Cum Laude from DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.

Dave Wolf

Dave is Millennia Group's Lead Programmer and Software Developer and is based in our Chicago office. He is also the Team Leader of the development department, with primary responsibility for both internal application development and web-hosted document applications. Dave continually pioneers new development features and application standards utilizing his experience in C++, Java, ASP.NET, Visual Basic and SQL Server. Dave received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Elmhurst College.

Joe Pagliari

Joe is a Senior Project Manager in our Chicago Office. He has provided a lead management role on various large-scale on- and off-site projects for Millennia Group, and successfully supervises complex projects within the real estate, telecommunications and financial services industries. Joe is responsible for defining job requirements, developing workflow processes, communicating with clients, ensuring quality and product delivery. His on-site responsibilities include configuring scanner settings and data indexing protocols, coordinating the efforts of the scan operators, and ensuring complete client satisfaction. Joe has been vital in Millennia Group's conversion to Kofax Capture, the industry-leading imaging software. He has been fully certified as a Kofax Technical Solutions Specialist in Ascent Capture 7. Joe has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

John Schaffer

John is a Senior Project Manager in Millennia Group's New York Office. John manages the complete project lifecycle for our clients, from defining targeted job requirements, to developing quality processes, to delivering the finished product. He works closely with our clients to ensure they fully understand each project and are satisfied every step of the way. John is adept at implementing enterprise-class DMS software from EMC, Opentext, Captiva, Digitech and Kofax. His work experience includes the DMS planning management of a $50 million project for the New York City Department of Education, the nation's largest school district. He has implemented workflow systems and captured patient records at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, the country's oldest teaching hospital. John has also serviced many financial sector clients, including the American Stock Exchange, Amalgamated Bank, Millennium Partners and the GFI Group. John earned his Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration from California State University.

Mark Eckel

Mark is a Project Manager in Millennia Group's New York Office. He works closely with our clients supervising document preparation, imaging, indexing, data delivery and day-forward process management. Mark is also an expert in online document filing systems, digital document management and workflow solutions. Prior to joining Millennia Group, Mark gained valuable experience in retail and educational management. Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College, where he majored in Art History.

Rene Rodriguez

Rene works as a Project Manager in Millennia Group's Chicago Office. He is responsible for many of our clients that include Millennia Group as part of their day-to-day processes, such as accounts payable, loan funding and contract management. He has also been involved in many of our on-site projects that require careful integration with customer resources. Rene received his Associate's degree in Computer Aided Design from ITT Technical Institute.
