The company began as an idea between two life-long friends, Michael Cipriano and Scott Bublitz. In the mid-1990's both began to see the growing need for information management services in the coming digital age. In 1996, Millennia Group was founded as a boutique document imaging service bureau and quickly became a trusted provider across multiple industries. In the ten plus years since, Millennia Group has grown to be a national leader of information management solutions including document imaging, data management, and consulting services.

Michael Cipriano is President and co-founder of Millennia Group, LLC. He has over 12 years of experience in the document imaging and management industry and has been instrumental in Millennia’s achievement of having 12 of the Fortune 1000 as customers. Michael is a frequent speaker on document imaging at technology conferences including the Realcomm Technology Show, Documentum Users Conference, and Fusion Applications Conference. He received his Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from DePaul University and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a CPA. Michael is a member of the Association for Image and Information Management.

Scott Bublitz is Vice-President and co-founder of Millennia Group, LLC. As Executive Vice President, he is primarily responsible for Millennia Group's internal workflow process, quality control and practical application of technology solutions. Scott has over ten years of experience in the document solutions industry and over ten years of financial services and real estate experience. Scott is a member of the Association for Image and Information Management (AIIM) and has earned AIIM's Enterprise Content Management certification. Prior to founding Millennia Group, Scott was President of National Valuation Advisors. Scott has a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.

Arthur is an experienced Programmer and Network Administrator. Previously a Logistics Administrator for IKEA, Arthur brings precision programming experience and technical knowledge to Millennia Group. He is responsible for creating innovative web-based applications for improving business processes that are paper intensive. He designs, builds, and maintains all internal networks, telecommunications systems, software, and hardware. Managing client data conversions through SQL and .NET systems is also a key responsibility. Arthur received his Bachelor of Science degree at DeVry University in Computer Information Systems.

Beth is the Office Manager for the Chicago office. She is responsible for office management, support and invoicing. Beth is vital to the growth and development of the Chicago office through hiring and training new employees. As a previous Millennia Group Project Manager, Beth has led challenging imaging projects for the Federal Government and Fortune 1000 companies. Her experience as a project manager is enormously valuable in her management responsibilities. Beth has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri in Columbia.

Mark is an Assistant Project Manager in the New York office. He assists with off-site imaging projects and guarantees job completion and data accuracy. Mark's job responsibilities include batch creation, managing imaging and scanning associates, and quality control checks. He also performs data collection and reconciliation.

Evelyn is the Lead Scanning Operator in the Chicago office. She is responsible for the crucial imaging process including document preparation, imaging, re-assembly and quality control. Evelyn is in charge of training employees on all scanning equipment including highspeed Bell & Howell 8125 (125pgs/minute), high speed color scanners and Contex wide format scanners. She also assists with data entry and database indexing.

Donato is responsible for Business Development for the Millennia New York office that includes Sales, Channel Partners and Marketing. With 20 years of experience in the software industry at Open Text Corporation, SunGard Data Systems & McGraw Hill, he has delivered IT & Service solutions that address the mission critical business operations needs of Fortune 500 Companies (Goldman Sachs, H-P, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Nationwide Insurance) covering regulatory & compliance, disaster recovery, legal, human resources, trading & risk management, straight through processing & back office operations. Donato received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pace University of New York City.

Becky is the Branch Manager for Millennia’s New York office where she oversees day-to-day operations including project management, on-site assignments, data delivery and project planning. She brings an excellent technical background in software development and computer hardware to the position that is invaluable to the ever more complicated imaging process. Becky received her Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Mechanical Engineering and has received document management industry certifications from CompTIA as a Certified Document Imaging Architech (CDIA+) and from AIIM as an Electronic Records Management Practioner (ERM^p).

Joe is a Project Manager in the Chicago Office responsible for handling real estate and financial services clients. He also serves as an important member of the mobile production team, by coordinating the on-site efforts of the scan operators, document specialists and technical support to ensure complete client satisfaction. Joe has been vital in Millennia Group’s recent efforts to convert to the industry-leading, imaging software Kofax Capture. He has been fully certified as a Kofax Technical Solutions Specialist certified in Ascent Capture 7. Joe has received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Rene is a Project Manager for Millennia Group. He is responsible for many of our clients where Millennia Group is part of the day-to-day process such as accounts payable process, loan funding and contract management. He has also been involved in many of our on-site projects, where integration with customer resources is critical. Rene received his Associate’s degree in Computer Aided Design from ITT Technical Institute.

Dave is Millennia Group’s Lead Programmer and Software Developer. He is the team leader of the development department in charge of both internal application development and web-hosted document applications. He pioneers new development features and application standards utilizing his experience in C++, Java, .Net, ASP, Visual Basic and SQL Server powers. Dave received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Elmhurst College.
