The company began as an idea between two life-long friends, Michael Cipriano and Scott Bublitz. In the mid-1990's they realized the growing need for innovative document and data management services in the coming digital age. In 1996, Millennia Group was founded as a boutique document imaging service bureau and quickly became a trusted provider across multiple industries. Since that time, Millennia Group has grown to be a national leader of information management solutions including document imaging, data management, and consulting services.

Millennia Group has successfully converted millions of document pages from paper to digital, which has greatly enhanced the organization and accessibility of critical documents. Further, with our additional data management services, we have improved the quality and utility of our clients' data, enabling clients to be more productive in their daily processes.

    Millennia completes two on-site assignments in HawaiiJ. FileStar now has a workflow module for contracts using digital signatures.

    Millennia Group upgrades its internal systems by standardizing on the lastest Kodak scanning equipment and innovative Kofax Capture software.

  • 2006
    Application development priority doubles as customers enjoy easy access to hosted documents.

  • 2005
    New York City regional office opens to support growing east coast operations.

  • 2004
    WalMart contracts service of 6.5 mil. page scans. Custom application development begins. Millennia moves into new 5,000 sq/ft facility.

  • 2003
    Internet Document Hosting program initiated. Capacity doubles to 20 mil. pages per year.

  • 2001
    Document imaging capacity grows to 10 mil pages per year.

  • 1998
    First HTML-based document management interface developed. Millennia moves into windowed offices.

  • 1996
    Millennia Group LLC is founded to provide excellence in information management solutions. Windowless office space rented in old bowling alley.
