Hosted Document Applications

When you begin an imaging initiative, you want to be sure your documents are secure and organized throughout the entire process. You also want to know that when you are done converting your paper files to digital images, your digital files can be easily retrieved and integrated with current enterprise applications.

Millennia Group offers two exclusive web-based tools to help you effectively track and manage your paper and digital documents right from your desktop.

Our Project Portal allows clients to monitor overall project status, to track file shipments and conversion of files to digital form. Our Image Warehouse offers an easy-to-use storage and retrieval solution for digital files. Both applications use SSL encryption to protect your valuable data. They also utilize industry-standard Microsoft .NET and SQL Server platforms, which allows files to be integrated with other enterprise applications, too.

FileStar Image Warehouse File Star

There are many options when it comes to storing your digital documents. You can store them in an enterprise-wide document management application. Or, you can store them in our FileStar Image Warehouse, a smaller, nimble application that can be tailored for your organization.

FileStar Image Warehouse is a secure, cost-effective option, because it provides the features you need, without the cost or complication of an enterprise-grade system. It provides real flexibility, whether your organization has one user or hundreds of users, one gigabyte of storage or hundreds of gigabytes. It also features an intuitive design that allows users to search by keyword, drop-down menus or text. If your documents are imaged or optimized by Millennia, you can even search by text within a document.

FileStar can be implemented quickly, accepts updates easily, and is fully compatible with other enterprise document applications. We can set up an automated system to convert and send new image files to your warehouse on a scheduled basis (hourly, daily, etc). We can even set up a link from other popular ERP, Accounting, HR, Lease and Contract Management applications.

Project Portal Project Star

When you are managing an off-site imaging project, it can be a bit unnerving to send important files "out" for imaging. Our Project Portal tool allows you to follow your documents conveniently from any computer. Our system incorporates an innovative tag sheet system—unique barcode identifiers linked to the documents. You can track your files and boxes as they are shipped to off-site locations, monitor job status, check the quality and accuracy of files... even edit data and replace files. In addition, you can use the tool to audit your imaging data, complete with workflow and verification.

When your digital files are complete, we can upload your data to an existing document management application or our own FileStar Image Warehouse. Millennia Group developed the Project Portal tool specifically to help our clients manage their largest, most complicated imaging projects. You won't find this tool anywhere else.
