Millennia Group Announces FileStar Contracts, Enabling Real-Time Contract Completion with Digital Signature Capture.

Elmhurst, Illinois, January 19, 2010 - Millennia Group has developed an exciting new contract creation and digital signature workflow module for its popular FileStar document management application. FileStar Contracts adds ease to the contract process, because it allows companies to create contracts and send them to clients using their FileStar web-based application. Further, the module allows companies to secure legally approved signatures all with the push of a button.

FileStar Contracts is already being used by Kumon Learning Centers for its national franchise renewal agreement process. This new module has taken a very cumbersome, costly paper-based process and automated it into a closed loop, secure and easy-to-administer digital review and signing process.

With FileStar Contracts, Kumon's legal department has significantly reduced the amount of time and effort required to renew its franchise agreements. In addition, the company will continue to benefit from the module's convenient workflow dashboard, which provides real-time renewal status reporting for each franchisee and sends alerts when it is time to begin the renewal process for soon-to-be expiring agreements.

Kumon presently has all of its existing franchise agreements scanned and stored in FileStar. With FileStar Contracts, the company is now able to add the new digital renewal agreements to the same repository for a comprehensive search and retrieval.
